We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed estimate requests from Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may receive information about your browser, device, and activity on our site for measurement and ad delivery. Our website's Pixel events do not include the entries you type into the estimate form as event parameters.

Text messages and consent

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. We send recurring estimate, appointment, and project service text messages only when you separately agree to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that support our operations, such as customer service and messaging providers, only as needed to provide our services.

WhatsApp messages

If you separately agree, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your estimate, appointment, and project. WhatsApp consent is optional, is collected separately from SMS consent, and is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by asking us to stop. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and messages sent through it are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted providers that operate our website, CRM, communications, analytics, or services, when required by law, or as needed to protect our rights, customers, and property.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, legal, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email, and of SMS by replying STOP.
