Why vinyl works here
Florida is hard on fences. Heat, humidity, rain most afternoons for months, and salt in the air near the coast. Wood absorbs all of it. Vinyl does not.
No rot, no termites, no rust, no annual sealing. When it gets dirty you wash it. That is the maintenance schedule.
Styles and heights
Six foot privacy
Full-height panels with no gaps. This is what most homeowners want for a back yard — it blocks sightlines from neighbours and the street, and it contains dogs and children.
Four foot
Lower boundary height for front yards and side lines, where marking the property matters more than blocking the view.
Semi-privacy and lattice tops
Full privacy at the bottom with an open section above, for airflow and a less solid look while keeping the boundary.
What drives the price
Four things: how many linear feet, the height, how many gates, and whether an existing fence has to come out first. Longer runs price lower per foot.
Draw the fence line on the map in our estimator and you get a preliminary range in minutes. It is a starting point, not a binding quote — ground conditions, access, permits and HOA requirements are confirmed at the free onsite visit.
Installation
Posts are set in concrete footings at a depth matched to your soil. In much of Miami-Dade that means going through limestone, which is slower than digging sand and is the reason we look at the property before committing to a schedule.
Permits vary by city and county. We review what your address needs during the visit. We do not promise a permit will be approved — no contractor honestly can — but we tell you what the process looks like where you are.

Comparing materials
If budget is the deciding factor, woodcosts less up front. For open sightlines rather than privacy, seealuminum. For full privacy in metal, see Dura Fence. Already have a vinyl fence with a damaged panel? That is arepair, not a replacement.
